Fast Scorecard: how to take control of Strategy


Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present a developed model, called Fast Scorecard, which was built to give response to some identified gaps in the well known Balanced Scorecard. The paper shows a way to control all the parts in the organization and, at the same time, get all the attention oriented to the theme that matters the most: strategy. Fast Scorecard is a model that is being conceived and influenced by the best practices according to a well-established consulting firm’s experience, in order to supply the performance management market with a business oriented solution. Fast Scorecard is actually being incorporated in a solution accelerator powered by Microsoft to facilitate the process of change management in organizations.
